0x9A - Custom Fence Height (Track Section Command)
This command allows the use of other fence heights than the standard 1 to 8.
Arguments
| Arg | Description | Common values |

| 0 | Unknown/unused? | Always 0 |
| 1 | Height identifier | 3, 5, 7 or 8 (but can probably by 1 to 8) |
| 1 | New height value to be used when previous parameter is used in 0x98 or 0x99 | 256, 384, 1280 or 3200 |
Notes
In the default tracks, this command only appears in Monaco and Barcelona.
The new height is (probably?) specified in another unit than the default 1 to 8.
